Halyard specialise in custom manufacture. The majority of our production is in high quality, bespoke exhaust systems, supplied to the worldwide superyacht, commercial and leisure industry, optimised to maximise noise attenuation to ensure maximum comfort onboard.

Halyard Noise Insulation Materials

The only marine range of materials with guaranteed noise reductions. Halyard noise insulation materials come in three different thiknesses; 12 mm, 32 mm and 45 mm. The Maritex heavy duty facing wont tear or fray and is fire zero rated.
All HMI materials meet the ISO 9094 fire standard required by the EU Recreational Craft Directive. Materials with Maritex facings are generally accepted by Lloyds Register of Shipping, and for some purposes by the MCA.

System Components

From humble hose clamps to sophisticated silicon bellows and bends to absorb vibration, Halyard carries the stock to supply every part of the exhaust from the engine to the outlet. Dry silencers too, for the ultimate result where a dry silencer precedes the water cooling, silencing and separating systems.

Hose, GRP exhaust tube, siphon breakers, clamps, transom outlets, bellows, rubber shock mountings, heat protection jackets, rubber and GRP bends and elbows. We can help the customer specify parts to form a complete system, with every component part, delivered anywhere in the world.
